Book a Discovery ConversationWhat We Offer
Three Ways to Work Together
Single Session
Discovery Conversation
A 60-minute conversation for anyone considering a family meeting or workshop. The facilitator listens, asks structured questions, and helps you clarify what you would like to organise. No advice is offered. The session closes with a written summary of your own reflections — in your own words.
- One hour of structured, unhurried listening
- Written reflection summary provided after
- No commitments or follow-up required
Group Workshop
Listening Across Generations
A half-day workshop open to several families. The curriculum focuses on listening skills between older and younger relatives, drawing on publicly available communication materials. Financial, legal, and psychological topics are outside the scope. Each participant leaves with a printed practice booklet to use at home.
- Half-day format — usually a Saturday morning
- Mixed-family group setting for broader perspective
- Printed practice booklet included
Twelve-Month Programme
Comprehensive Family Programme
A full calendar year combining monthly facilitated conversations, four record-organisation visits, and two larger family meeting facilitations. Operational and educational in equal measure, this programme suits families who prefer a calm, steady rhythm over a longer horizon — without the pressure of single, high-stakes sessions.
- 12 monthly facilitated conversations
- 4 record-organisation visits included
- 2 full family meeting facilitations
Why Open Atrium
What Makes This Work
Structured Listening
Sessions follow a clear framework so each person has space to speak and be heard — without conversations drifting or stalling.
Written Summaries
After each session, participants receive a written record of what was discussed and decided — not an interpretation, but a reflection of what was said.
No Advice, No Sides
The facilitator holds the space without directing outcomes. Nothing is resolved on your behalf — only conversations are made easier.
Records Organisation
Many families hold documents in scattered places. The programme includes dedicated visits to organise family records into a clear, accessible structure.
Steady Rhythm
Monthly sessions build familiarity without urgency. Families who have tried single high-pressure meetings often find the annual programme more productive.
Confidential Process
Everything discussed in a session stays within the session. Summaries are shared only with the participants present — no information leaves without consent.
Take the First Step
Is There a Conversation Worth Having?
A single Discovery Conversation costs less than most families spend on a dinner out — and often changes the entire tone of what follows. No commitment required beyond one hour.
