Why Open Atrium

What Makes This Work

Structured Listening

Sessions follow a clear framework so each person has space to speak and be heard — without conversations drifting or stalling.

Written Summaries

After each session, participants receive a written record of what was discussed and decided — not an interpretation, but a reflection of what was said.

No Advice, No Sides

The facilitator holds the space without directing outcomes. Nothing is resolved on your behalf — only conversations are made easier.

Records Organisation

Many families hold documents in scattered places. The programme includes dedicated visits to organise family records into a clear, accessible structure.

Steady Rhythm

Monthly sessions build familiarity without urgency. Families who have tried single high-pressure meetings often find the annual programme more productive.

Confidential Process

Everything discussed in a session stays within the session. Summaries are shared only with the participants present — no information leaves without consent.

Take the First Step

Is There a Conversation Worth Having?

A single Discovery Conversation costs less than most families spend on a dinner out — and often changes the entire tone of what follows. No commitment required beyond one hour.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked

What exactly does a facilitator do?
A facilitator holds the structure of a conversation — asking questions, managing speaking time, and summarising what is said. They do not take sides, offer opinions, or give advice. Their role is to make the conversation easier to have, not to direct where it ends.
Is this a counselling or psychological service?
No. Open Atrium offers communication facilitation and document-organisation support. We do not provide psychological assessment, counselling, diagnosis, or any service that requires a licensed mental health practitioner. If those needs arise during a session, we will say so directly.
Can I start with just one session before committing to the annual programme?
Yes — that is what the Discovery Conversation is for. There is no obligation to continue. Many families find it useful as a standalone session; others use it as a starting point to decide whether a workshop or annual programme would suit them.
How many people can attend a session?
The Discovery Conversation is for one individual. Family meetings within the annual programme typically involve three to six people. The group workshop is open to multiple families and can accommodate up to twenty participants.
What languages are sessions conducted in?
Sessions are conducted in English. For families who wish to include Thai-speaking members, we can discuss bilingual arrangements during the initial enquiry.
How is pricing structured for the annual programme?
The Comprehensive Family Programme is priced at ฿23,200 for the full twelve-month period. This covers all monthly facilitated conversations, four records-organisation visits, and two family meeting facilitations. Payment can be arranged quarterly or annually — discussed at the outset.
What records does the organisation support cover?
Records organisation focuses on helping families locate, sort, and store documents such as property papers, insurance policies, family correspondence, and household records. We do not interpret the legal or financial content of documents — that remains with the relevant professionals.
