Three Formats
Choose the Format That Fits Your Family's Situation
From a single 60-minute conversation to a full calendar year of structured support — Open Atrium offers three distinct service formats at clearly stated prices.

How Every Session Is Structured
Each Open Atrium session — whether a Discovery Conversation, a workshop, or a monthly programme meeting — follows the same basic structure. An opening agreement establishes what the session is for and what it is not. A facilitated conversation then takes place within that frame. A summary phase closes the session. And a written record is shared with participants within 48 hours.
This structure is not imposed on the content of the conversation. Families bring what they bring. The structure simply ensures that the conversation has a beginning, a middle, and an end — and that what was said is not lost.

Discovery Conversation
A 60-minute session for an individual who is considering whether a facilitated family meeting or workshop might be useful. The session closes with a written summary of the participant's own reflections, shared by email afterwards.

Service 02
Listening Across Generations — Group Workshop
A half-day workshop open to several families, focusing on listening skills between older and younger relatives. The curriculum draws on publicly available communication materials. The facilitator does not address legal, financial, or psychological topics. Each participant leaves with a printed practice booklet to use at home — the skills from the session can be continued independently, without any further engagement with Open Atrium.

- Printed practice booklet per participant
- Mixed-family group setting
- No pre-work required
Process Steps

Service 03
Comprehensive Family Programme
A twelve-month programme combining monthly facilitated conversations, four record-organisation visits, and two larger family meeting facilitations across the year. The programme is operational and educational: conversations happen on a steady calendar rhythm, records are brought into order across four dedicated home visits, and two full-family meetings give everyone a chance to be in the room together. Suited to families who find single high-pressure sessions counterproductive and prefer a longer, calmer arc of support.
What's Included
- 12 monthly facilitated conversations
- 4 records-organisation home visits
- 2 full family meeting facilitations
- Written summary after every session
- Mid-year written progress review
Process Steps
- 1.Initial Discovery Conversation (separate or included)
- 2.Programme agreement and calendar setup
- 3.Monthly sessions begin
- 4.Records visits scheduled in Q1 and Q3
- 5.Family meetings at mid-year and year-end
